WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land described in
the schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is
made this 26th day of September
1988.
The land specified in the schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.

ALL THAT piece or parcel of land
containing an approximate area of
499.00 acres situate at
Amuni-Hiamatuo in the Amanfi-Aowin
District in the Western Region of
the Republic of Ghana lying to the
North-east of Amofo Stream and
bounded on or towards the
North-west by Hiamatuo Stool land
and measuring a total distance of
11,800 feet more or less on or
towards the South-east by Hiamatuo
Stool land and measuring a total
distance of 19,075 feet more or
less on or towards the South-west
by Hiamatuo Stool land and
measuring a total distance of
4,250 feet more or less which
piece of land is more particularly
delineated on plan No. LD.
