WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Bissi Balogun
is not conducive to the public
good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by Section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 4th day of
May, 1995.
Bissi Balogun is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 6th May, 1995,
and thereafter remain out of
Ghana.
