WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Sayon Jackson
is not conducive to the public
good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 29th day
of May, 1995.
Sayon Jackson is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 31st of May,
1995 and thereafter remain out of
Ghana.
