WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Livinus
Ifunaya Mbanaso is not conducive
to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 30th day
of August, 1995.
Livinus Ifunaya Mbanaso is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 2nd
September, 1995 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
