WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister responsible for the
Interior the presence in Ghana of
Vatche Kaloustian is not conducive
to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 7th day of
November, 1995.
Vatche Kaloustian is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 9th
November, 1995 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
