WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of MOSES OKEKE
ANIH is not conducive to the
public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
of the Interior by Section 13 of
the Aliens Act 1963 (Act 160) this
order is made this 7th day of
April, 1995.
Moses Okeke Anih is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on the 10th April,
1995, and thereafter remain out of
Ghana.
