KANIKI TSIAKATUMBA (PROHIBITION OF ENTRY) INSTRUMENT, 1995 (EI 29).

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for Interior by subsection (1) of section 6 of the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this Instrument is made this 10th day of November, 1995.

Kaniki Tsiakatumba is hereby declared to be a person whose entry into Ghana is not conducive to the public good.
