the Local Government (Urban Zonal
and Town Councils and Unit
Committees) (Establishment)
Instrument, 1994 (L.I. 1589 and by
regulation 12(1) of the Public
Elections (Parliament)
Regulations, 1992 (L.I. 1537) with
modifications, this Instrument is
made this 29th day of May, 1995.
The date for the taking of the
poll for the Unit Committee
elections is hereby postponed from
30th day of May, 1995 to 20th day
of June, 1995.
