WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by sub-section (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
13th day of July, 1995.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.

All that piece or parcel of land
known as Site for Reservoir for
Ghana Water and Sewerage
Corporation containing an
approximate area of 8.47 acres
situate at Macarthy Hill in the Ga
District in the Greater Accra
Region of the Republic of Ghana
adjoining and lying to the
South-east of Motor Road from
Macarthy Hill to Accra and bounded
on the North-east by Open Space
measuring 560.36 feet more or less
on the South-east by Open Space
measuring 659.95 feet more or less
on the South-west by Proposed Road
measuring 560.59 feet more or less
on the North-west by the said
Motor Road from Macarthy Hill to
Accra measuring 659.26 feet more
or less which piece of land is
more particularly delineated on
Plan No. LD. 10428/82842 attached
hereto and thereon shewn edged
pink.
