WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of DENNIS MURPHY
is not conducive to the public
good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 29th day
of February, 1996.
DENNIS MURPHY is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on 3rd March, 1996 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
