WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of SHAIBU
MOHAMADU is not conducive to the
public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 10th day
of July, 1996.
SHAIBU MOHAMADU is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on 13th July, 1996
and thereafter remain out of
Ghana.
