WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Sylvester
Ikenna Ezeh is not conducive to
the public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this order is made this 28th day
of October, 1996.
Sylvester Ikema Ezeh is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on 30th day
of October, 1996.
