WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister responsible for the
Interior the presence in Ghana of
Ekani Honore Fils is not conducive
to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
responsible for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
17th day of December, 1996.
Ekani Honore Fils is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 19th
day of December, 1996.
