WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister responsible for the
Interior the presence in Ghana of
John Torshie alias John Torshienwa
is not conducive to the public
good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
responsible for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
17th day of December, 1996.
John Torshie alias John Torshienwa
is hereby ordered to leave Ghana
on the 19th day of December, 1996.
