WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister responsible for the
Interior the presence in Ghana of
Lawrence Roberts is not conducive
to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
responsible for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
12th day of December, 1996.
Lawrence Roberts and Pobby Davids
are hereby ordered to leave Ghana
on the 14th day of December, 1996.
