WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of DAVID MDUKA
OJUKWU is not conducive to the
public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 5th day of
February, 1996.
DAVID MDUKA OJUKWU is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on 8th
February, 1996 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
