WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of DENNIS DOE is
not conducive to the public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in the exercise of
the powers conferred on the
Minister for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
26th day of February, 1996.
DENNIS DOE is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on 1st March, 1996 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
