WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by sub-section 1 of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
29th day of January, 1996.
The land specified in the schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land containing
an approximate area of 3.16 acres
situate in the city of Accra in
the Greater Accra Region of the
Republic of Ghana lying to the
North-west of Ghana National
Trading Corporation offices and
South-east of Brewery Road which
piece of land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No. LD.
10520/02/83820 attached hereto and
thereon shewn edged pink.
