WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by sub-section (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
6th day of June, 1996.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece of land containing
an approximate area of 120.99
acres situate at Nsawam in the
Akuapem South District in the
Eastern Region of the Republic of
Ghana lying to the West of Accra
to Nsawam main lorry road and
bounded on the North-west by an
open space measuring on that side
1130 and 830 feet on the
North-east by an open space
measuring 1800 feet on the East by
Accra to Nsawam Road measuring 910
feet on the South by an open space
measuring 2,570 feet and on the
South-west by an open space
measuring 1230 feet which piece of
land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No. LD.
10518/81524 attached hereto and
thereon shewn edged pink.
