WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by sub-section (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
6th day of June, 1996.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece of land containing
an approximate area of 161.74
acres situate at Nsukwao in the
Town of Koforidua in the New
Juaben District of the Eastern
Region of the Republic of Ghana
lying to the North-west of the
road leading to the Densu Intake
and bounded on the North-west by
High Street on the North-east by
stool land on the South-east by
Government land and partly the
Densu Intake road and on the
South-west by a road which piece
of land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No. LD.
10585/74695 attached hereto and
thereon shewn edged pink.
