HOME                                EXECUTIVE  INSTRUMENT

 

 STATE LANDS—(ACCRA NEW WEIJA—SITE FOR LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ESTATES) INSTRUMENT, 1996, (EI 1).

 

WHEREAS it appears to the President that the land described in the Schedule to this Instrument is the land required in the public interest.

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred on the President by subsection 1 of section 1 of the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is made this 4th day of January, 1996.

The land specified in the schedule hereto is hereby declared to be land required in the public interest.

SCHEDULE

All that piece or parcel of land containing an approximate area of 107,75 acres situated at New Weija in the Ga District in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana lying to the South-East of an un-named stream and bounded on or towards the East by Proposed Road and measuring 3,395 feet more or less on the South-West by Proposed Road and measuring 2,385 feet more or less on or towards the North-West by the said un-named stream and measuring 3,060 feet more or less which piece or parcel of land is more particularly delineated on Plan No. LD. 10303/AC.6315 hereto attached and thereon shewn edged pink.
