WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by sub-section (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this instrument is made this
8th day of May, 1996.
The land specified in the schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in public interest.

C H E D U L E
ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND containing
an approximate area of 16,365.72
acres situate at Pramposo in the
Brong Ahafo North District in the
Brong Ahafo Region of the Republic
of Ghana lying to and partly
adjoining the South-Eastern
boundary of the Bosomoa Forest
Reserve and to the North East of
Techiman and bounded on the
North-East by an open space and
measuring on that side a total
distance of 25,050 feet a little
more or less on the South-East by
an open space and measuring on
that side a distance of 14,100
feet a little more or less on the
South partly by the main motor
road from Techiman to Kintampo and
partly by an unnamed river and
open space and measuring on that
side a total distance of 31,750
feet a little more or less on the
South West by an open space and
measuring on that side a distance
of 16,300 feet a little more or
less and on the North-West partly
by an open space and partly by the
said South-Eastern boundary of the
Bosomoa Forest Reserve and
measuring on that side a total
distance of 39,190 feet a little
more or less which piece of land
is more particularly delineated on
the Plan No. LD. 9898/69636 hereto
attached and thereon shewn edged
pink.
