WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by sub-section (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
3rd day of January, 1996.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece of land containing
an approximate area of 106.40
acres situate at Old Ahinsan
Residential Area in the City of
Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of
the Republic of Ghana lying to the
North-west of Kumasi High School
and bounded on the North-west by a
Proposed Road on the North-east by
a Proposed Road on the South-east
by a Proposed Road and on the
South-west by a Proposed Road
which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on Plan
No. LD. 10560/83338 attached
hereto and thereon shewn edged
pink.
