WHEREAS by Executive Instrument
No. 30 dated 1st day of November,
1991, titled “KUMASI-KAASE STOOL
LANDS (VESTING) INSTRUMENT, 1991”
the Lands described in the
Schedule thereto were declared by
the Provisional National Defence
Council to be Stool Lands vested
in the Provisional National
Defence Council on trust.
WHEREAS by the decision of the
Government the Trust created by
the said E.I. 30 of 1991 can no
longer be maintained.
NOW THEREFORE, the said Executive
Instrument No.30 is hereby revoked
and the said land released back to
the original owners this 18th day
of January, 1996.
SCHEDULE
ALL Kaase Stool Lands in the
Kumasi Traditional Area and in
particular—
(i)
All lands falling within the Kaase
Industrial Area AMENDMENT SCHEME
No. Ksi/Sec. 16/86/26.
(ii) All lands falling within
sections 2 and 3 of the
Development Planning Scheme known
as Daban-Sokoban Planning Schemes
Sector No.54 and
(iii) All lands falling within
Kaase Residential Area—(Kaase
Village) and Plot Nos. 4, 5, 6,
10, 11 and 12 Block “G” and Plot
Nos. 4 and 5 Block “H” within the
Asukwa Industrial Planning Scheme.
