WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land specified
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land over which a statutory
wayleave should be created.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the Lands (Statutory Wayleaves)
Act, 1963 this Instrument is made
this 22nd day of February, 1996.
The land specified in the Schedule
to this Instrument is hereby
described to be land subject to a
wayleave to enure to the benefit
of the Ghana Water and Sewerage
Corporation.
SCHEDULE
All that piece or parcel of land
known as Accra-wayleave for
pipeline containing an approximate
area of 1.62 acres situate at
Gbawe Road to Macarthy Hill
Reservoir site in the City of
Accra in the Greater Accra Region
of the Republic of Ghana lying to
the North-West of Macarthy Hill
Distribution Reservoir and astride
to high tension line which piece
or parcel of land is more
particularly delineated on Plan
No. LD. 10458/82720 hereto
attached and thereon shewn edged
pink.
