APPOINTMENT OF PUBLIC PROSECUTORS INSTRUMENT, 1997 (EI 7).

 

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Attorney-General by section 56 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1960 (Act 30) this Instrument is made this 22nd day of May 1997.

The public officers of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly specified in column 1 of the schedule to this Instrument are hereby appointed public prosecutors for any of the offences specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
