WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of the
under-mentioned persons is not
conducive to the public good:
SIMEON IHEME alias SIMEON OSEI;
and
CHARLES IHEME alias CHARLES MENSAH
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 22nd day
of December, 1997.
The above-named persons are hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on 24th
December, 1997.
