WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister responsible for the
Interior the presence in Ghana of
Bukari Moshie is not conducive to
the public good.
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
responsible for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
26th day of February, 1997.
Bukari Moshie is thereby ordered
to leave Ghana on 28th February,
1997.
