WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
30th day of September, 1997.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.

containing an approximate area of
2.61 acres situate at Asankragwa
in the Amanfi Aowin District in
the Western Region of the Republic
of Ghana lying to the South-west
of Asankragwa and bounded on or
towards the North-east by open
space and measuring on that side
340 feet more or less on or
towards the South-east by open
space and measuring on that side
335 feet more or less on or
towards the South-west by open
space and measuring on that side
340 feet more or less on or
towards the North-west by open
space and measuring on that side
335 feet more or less which piece
of land is more particularly
delineated on the Plan No. LD.
