WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land specified
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by sub-section (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
3rd day of March, 1997.
The land specified in the Schedule
to this Instrument is hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece of land containing
an approximate area of 1.59 acres
situate at Cape Coast (Adisadel)
in the Cape Coast District in the
Central Region of the Republic of
Ghana lying to the West of the
motor road from Jukwa to Cape
Coast and to the North-west of the
Adisadel Junior Staff Quarters and
bounded on the North-west by a
road and measuring on that side
330 feet more or less on the
North-east by an open space and
measuring on that side 190 feet
more or less on the South-east by
a road and measuring on that side
230 feet more or less on the
South-west by an open space and
measuring on that side 115 feet
more or less on the West by a
strip of land and measuring on
that side 125 feet more or less
which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on Plan
No. LD. 9609/67759 attached hereto
and thereon shewn edged pink.
