WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by sub-section 1 of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
15th day of August 1997.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.

ALL THAT piece of land known as
Site for School Complex and
containing an approximate area of
49.00 acres situate at Dodowa in
the Ga Adangbe District in the
city of Accra in the Greater Accra
Region of the Republic of Ghana
and bounded on the North-east by
an open space measuring 1,470 feet
more or less on the North-west by
an open space measuring 1,470 feet
more or less on the South-east by
proposed road measuring 1,470 feet
more or less on the South-west by
open space measuring 1,470 feet
more or less which piece of land
is more particularly delineated on
Plan No. LD. GAR.88/83816 attached
hereto and thereon shewn edged
pink.
