WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection 1 of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
15th day of August 1997.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece of land containing
an approximate area of 0.02 acre
and lying to the North-west of the
Nsawam Oparekrom road and situate
at Nsawam in the Akwapim South
District in the Eastern Region of
the Republic of Ghana and bounded
on the North-east by an open space
for a distance of 33.0 feet more
or less on the South-east by an
open space for a distance of 27.0
feet more or less on the
South-west by an open space for a
distance of 32.0 feet more or less
and on the North-west by an open
space for a distance of 25.0 feet
more or less which piece of land
is more particularly delineated on
Plan No. LD. 10668/83916 attached
and shewn edged pink.
