WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by sub-section 1 of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
15th day of August 1997.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.

Substation containing an
approximate area of 0.01 acre
situate at Oda in the Birim
District in the Eastern Region of
the Republic of Ghana and bounded
on the North by open space
measuring 14 feet more or less on
the East by open space measuring
33 feet more or less on the South
by open space measuring 15 feet
more or less on the West by open
space measuring 33 feet more or
less which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on Plan
No. LD. 10792/83982 attached and
shewn edged pink.
