WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
24th day of September, 1997.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.

containing an approximate area of
2.07 acres situate at Sogakofe in
the South Tongu District in the
Volta Region of the Republic of
Ghana lying to the North-east of
Volta River and to the North-east
of motor road to Fieve bounded on
the North-east by open space
measuring 300 feet more or less on
the South-east by open space
measuring 300 feet more or less on
the South-west by open space
measuring 300 feet more or less on
North-west by open space measuring
300 feet more or less which piece
of land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No. LD.
