WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
15th day of August, 1997.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.

approximate area of 20.80 acres
situate at Tamale-Nyarizee in the
Tamale Municipality in the
Northern Region of the Republic of
Ghana lying to the South of Dabuya-Tamale
motor road bounded on the North by
open space measuring 765 feet more
or less on the East by proposed
road measuring 910 feet more or
less on the South by open space
measuring 1190 feet more or less
on the West by open space
measuring 150 feet more or less on
the North-west by open space
measuring 850 feet more or less
which piece or parcel of land is
more particularly delineated on
Plan No. LD. 10865/84438 attached
and shewn edged pink.
