WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedules to this
Instrument is land required in the
public interest;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
17th day of February, 1997.
The land specified in the
Schedules is declared to be land
required in the public interest.

adjoining and lying to the
North-west of Tarkwa-Aboso Road
and to the South-east of Chamber
of Mines Offices and bounded on
the North-east partly by an
existing building and partly by an
open space and measuring a total
distance of 190 feet more or less
on the South-east partly by the
said Tarkwa-Aboso Road and partly
by an existing building and
measuring a total distance of 200
feet more or less on the
South-west by existing buildings
and measuring 190 feet more or
