IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Minister
responsible for Justice by
subsection (1) of section 22 of
the Coroners Act, 1960 (Act 18)
this Instrument is made this 13th
day of March, 1998.
The fees specified in column 2 of
the Schedule to this Instrument
shall be paid to the registered
medical practitioner or other
qualified person specified in
column 1 of the Schedule in
respect of the examination of
human remains and services
required to be rendered by the
persons under the Act.
