WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of the
undermentioned persons, specified
in the Schedule to this Order is
not conducive to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 6th day of
July, 1998.
The undermentioned persons
specified in the Schedule to this
Order are hereby ordered to leave
Ghana with effect from the 25th
day of June, 1998.
