WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Osumani Jaby,
alias Fode, a Guinean is not
conducive to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 22nd day
of December, 1998.
Osumani Jaby, alias Fode is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on 24th
December, 1998 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
