WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Yolov Sabi
Kennedy Kofi is not conducive to
the public good;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
responsible for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
20th day of March, 1998.
Yolov Sabi Kennedy Kofi is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 24th
May, 1998.
