WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
entry into Ghana of the persons
named in the Annexure herewith
would not be conducive to the
public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section
6(1)(e) of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160), this order is made this
12th day of March, 1998;
The persons named in the Schedules
to this Order are hereby
prohibited from entering Ghana
until further notice.
