WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedules to this
Instrument is the land required in
the public interest.
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection 1 of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
17th day of April, 1998.
The land specified in the
Schedules hereto are hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.

more or less on the East by open
space measuring 57 feet more or
less on the South by open space
measuring 57 feet more or less on
the West by open space measuring
57 feet more or less which piece
of land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No.

thereon shewn edged pink.

Santasi Zongo Sector 34 in the
Kumasi metropolis in the Ashanti
Region of the Republic of Ghana
lying to the East of Bekwai Road
and bounded on the North by open
space measuring 36 feet more or
less on the East by open space
measuring 36 feet more or less on
the South by open space measuring
36 feet more or less on the West
by the said Bekwai Road measuring
36 feet more or less which piece
of land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No.
LD.10773/84267 hereto attached and
