WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedules to this
Instrument is the land required in
the public interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection 1 of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
1st day of April, 1998.
The land specified in the
Schedules hereto is hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND containing
an approximate area of 0.02 acre
situate at Kwahu Tafo in the North
Kwahu District in the Eastern
Region of the Republic of Ghana
and bounded on the North-east by
an open space measuring 32.0 feet
more or less on the South-west by
an open space measuring 30.0 feet
more or less on the South-east by
an open space measuring 29.0 feet
more or less on North-west by an
open space measuring 29.0 feet
more or less which piece of land
is more particularly delineated on
Plan No. LD.10672/83959 hereto
attached and thereon shewn edged
pink.
