WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedules to this
Instrument is the land required in
the public interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection 1 of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
1st day of April, 1998.
The land specified in the
Schedules hereto are hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.
SCHEDULE "A" (A.23)
ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND known as
Site for Electricity Substation
(A.23) containing an approximate
area of 0.030 acre situate at
Sekondi-Essikado in the
Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis in the
Western Region of the Republic of
Ghana adjoining and lying to the
North-east by Nkwanta Road and to
the South-west of Ahenkro Street
and bounded on the North- east by
open space measuring 30 feet more
or less on the South-east by open
space measuring 30 feet more or
less on the South-west by open
space measuring 30 feet more or
less on the North-west by the said
Nkwanta Road measuring 30 feet
more or less which piece of land
is more particularly delineated on
Plan No. LD.10673/83284 hereto
attached and thereon shewn edged
pink.
SCHEDULE "B" (A.16)
ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND known as

containing an approximate area of
0.02 acre situate at Sekondi Palm
Lands in the Sekondi-Takoradi
metropolis in the Western Region
of the Republic of Ghana and
bounded on the North by open space
measuring 30 feet more or less on
the East by open space measuring
30 feet more or less on the South
by open space measuring 30 feet
more or less on the West by open
space measuring 30 feet more or
less which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on Plan
No. LD.10775/83287 hereto attached
and thereon shewn edged pink.
