WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedules to this
Instrument is the land required in
the public interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection 1 of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
21st day of April, 1998.
The land specified in the
Schedules hereto is hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.

containing an approximate area of
0.05 acre situate at Winneba in
the Awutu-Effutu-Senya District in
the Central Region of the Republic
of Ghana adjoining and lying to
the South-east of unnamed road and
bounded on the North-east by an
existing building measuring 40
feet more or less on the
South-east by open space measuring
52 feet more or less on the
South-west by open space measuring
40 feet more or less on the
North-west by the said unnamed
road measuring 52 feet more or
less which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on Plan

on the South-east by open space
measuring 37 feet more or less on

measuring 29.4 feet more or less
on the North-west by open space
measuring 39.8 feet more or less
which piece or parcel of land is
