IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Minister
responsible for Food and
Agriculture by section 2 of the
Diseases of Animals Act 1961 (Act
83) this Instrument is made this
14th day of December, 1999.
Declaration of affected areas.
The underlisted areas are declared
as African Swine Fever infected
areas—
(a) Accra Metropolis;
(b) Tema Metropolis; and
(c) Ga District
within the Greater Accra Region;
and
(d) Awutu-Effutu-Senya District in
the Central Region.
