WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Husunu Sokpor,
a Togolese is not conducive to the
public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 7th day of
July, 1999.
Husunu Sokpor is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on 12th July, 1999 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
