WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Peter
Odinkwazaka Dike, a Nigerian is
not conducive to the public good.
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by Section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 8th day of
February, 1999.
Peter Odinkwazaka Dike is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 11th
February, 1999 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
