WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Dr. Simeon
Okoli, a Nigerian is not conducive
to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 10th day
of December, 1999.
Dr. Simeon Okoli is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on the 13th day of
December, 1999 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
