WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Madubuko Umeh,
a Nigerian is not conducive to the
public good;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 14th day
of April, 1999.
Madubuko Umeh is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on 18th April, 1999
and thereafter to remain out of
Ghana.
